A great family meal. The lamb we offer is reared traditionally and are from grass fed herds. The lamb is matured for 7 days prior to sale for tenderness and perfect flavour.
This product is fully traceable from farm to plate.
This product is in season throughout early summer till early sping. Then during early spring we offer dorset spring lamb. More information will follow on this product.
