Dorset Lamb

 A great family meal for Easter. The lamb we offer is reared traditionally and are from grass fed herds. The lamb is matured for 7 days prior to sale for tenderness and perfect flavour.
This product is fully traceable from farm to plate.
This product is in season throughout Spring till High Summer.
